The property is positioned near several major attractions, including the Salt Palace Convention Center and City Creek Center.
Stonebridge Companies, based in Denver, operates a portfolio of hotels across the United States. The company manages properties under various brands, including Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt. With the addition of the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Salt Lake City, Stonebridge expands its presence in the Utah hospitality market.
