The Park Hyatt Comporta will feature 153 guest rooms and suites, along with 61 branded residences. The development will be located in the coastal region of Comporta, an area recognized for its natural landscapes and proximity to Lisbon. The property will be situated near the Sado River and the Atlantic Ocean, offering access to beaches and nature reserves.

The hotel will include a range of amenities such as a spa, fitness center, outdoor and indoor pools, and several dining options. The branded residences will provide private pools and gardens. The design of the property will incorporate local materials and architectural styles to reflect the surrounding environment.
