New Development Planned for Bellevue
The upcoming Nobu property will be situated in Bellevue, Washington, a city located just east of Seattle. The development will include both a Nobu restaurant and a residential component, continuing the brand’s tradition of combining fine dining with luxury living spaces.
Details of the Bellevue Project
The Bellevue project will feature a Nobu restaurant, a hotel, and Nobu-branded residences. The site is planned for the intersection of Northeast 8th Street and Bellevue Way, within the city’s downtown core. The project is being developed in partnership with the Bellevue-based firm Fortress Development.

Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality, stated, “We are excited to expand into the Pacific Northwest and bring the Nobu experience to Bellevue.” He added that the new location will offer “the signature Nobu style of service, cuisine, and design.”

Nobu was established by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro, and film producer Meir Teper. The brand operates more than 50 restaurants and 30 hotels worldwide, with locations in cities such as New York, London, and Tokyo. The Bellevue site will be the first Nobu property in the Pacific Northwest.
