- Maison du Soleil – Scheduled to open in River North, Maison du Soleil will feature French-Mediterranean cuisine led by chef Lucien Moreau. The restaurant promises a menu inspired by coastal flavors and seasonal ingredients.
- Urban Hearth – Located in Logan Square, Urban Hearth will focus on wood-fired dishes and locally sourced produce. Chef Maria Gonzales aims to create a welcoming atmosphere with a rotating menu.

The team behind the popular seafood spot Lake & Vine will introduce a new Italian eatery, Trattoria di Mare, in the South Loop. Meanwhile, the owners of The Copper Spoon are preparing to launch a gastropub, The Brass Tap, in Lincoln Park.
