Turning Stone Resort Casino, located in Verona, New York, is preparing to debut a new luxury hotel and a fine-dining restaurant in July, according to an announcement made on Thursday.
The new seven-story hotel, named The Crescent, will feature 258 guest rooms and suites. The property is positioned adjacent to the resort’s existing conference center. The Crescent is designed to offer upscale accommodations, with amenities including a fitness center, a lobby bar, and a lounge area for guests.
Alongside the hotel, Turning Stone will also introduce a new restaurant called Salt Seafood & Raw Bar. The dining venue will focus on seafood and will offer a raw bar, with an emphasis on fresh ingredients and a curated wine list. The restaurant is set to provide a high-end culinary experience for visitors.
Ray Halbritter, Oneida Indian Nation Representative and Turning Stone Enterprises CEO, stated, “The opening of The Crescent and Salt Seafood & Raw Bar marks an important milestone in our ongoing investment in Turning Stone. These additions will further enhance the resort’s reputation as a premier destination in the region.”
The Crescent and Salt Seafood & Raw Bar are part of a larger $370 million expansion project at Turning Stone Resort Casino. This initiative includes upgrades to the casino floor, new meeting and event spaces, and additional amenities aimed at attracting more visitors to the property.
Turning Stone Resort Casino is operated by the Oneida Indian Nation and is one of the largest employers in Central New York. The resort features a casino, hotels, restaurants, a spa, and several entertainment venues.
