Turning Stone Resort Casino has scheduled the grand opening of its new luxury hotel, The Crescent, for July 17. The resort also revealed that Salt, its latest signature fine-dining restaurant, will begin welcoming guests on July 22.
The Crescent Hotel to Open Its Doors
The Crescent, located at Turning Stone Resort Casino, will officially open to guests on July 17. The hotel features 258 rooms and suites, offering upscale accommodations and amenities. According to the resort, The Crescent is designed to provide a luxury experience for both leisure and business travelers.
Ray Halbritter, Oneida Indian Nation Representative and Turning Stone Enterprises CEO, stated, “The Crescent is a reflection of our commitment to providing world-class hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.” Halbritter added that the new hotel is part of the resort’s ongoing investment in its facilities and services.
Salt Restaurant to Debut Shortly After
Salt, Turning Stone’s newest fine-dining restaurant, will open on July 22. The restaurant will offer a menu focused on contemporary American cuisine, featuring locally sourced ingredients. The resort describes Salt as a signature dining destination intended to complement its existing culinary offerings.
Chef de Cuisine Steven Dorr will lead the Salt kitchen team. Dorr commented, “We are excited to introduce Salt to our guests and showcase a menu that highlights the best of regional and seasonal ingredients.”
