Silversea Cruises has introduced a refreshed loyalty program designed to provide guests with access to benefits more quickly. The new program, named Sail With Us, replaces the previous Venetian Society loyalty scheme and is structured to deliver rewards at earlier stages of membership.
Program Structure and Benefits
The Sail With Us program features four distinct tiers, each offering a range of privileges. Members can progress through the levels based on the number of days sailed with Silversea. The first tier, Silver, is reached after five days at sea, followed by Gold at 100 days, Platinum at 250 days, and Diamond at 500 days. Each level provides incremental benefits, including onboard credits, laundry services, and priority services.
Accelerated Access to Rewards
According to Silversea, the revised structure allows guests to begin receiving benefits after just one sailing. Previously, members needed to complete multiple voyages to access similar rewards. The company stated that the program was redesigned in response to guest feedback seeking more immediate recognition and incentives.
Additional Features and Transition
Members of the former Venetian Society program will automatically be transferred to the new Sail With Us system, retaining their current status and accrued days. Silversea has confirmed that all existing benefits will continue to be honored under the new program. The company also indicated that the Sail With Us program will apply to all future sailings.
