Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the appointment of Guido Fredrich as Vice President, Development Luxury and Lifestyle for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Fredrich will be responsible for leading the company’s growth strategy for luxury and lifestyle brands across these regions.
Fredrich brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, having previously held senior roles at various international hotel groups. In his new position, he will focus on expanding Hyatt’s portfolio of luxury and lifestyle properties, working closely with owners and developers to identify new opportunities.

Prior to joining Hyatt, Fredrich served in leadership positions at Accor and other global hospitality companies, where he was involved in the development and opening of numerous high-profile hotels. His expertise spans market analysis, deal negotiation, and strategic planning.
Hyatt’s luxury and lifestyle portfolio includes renowned brands such as Park Hyatt, Andaz, and Alila. The company has been actively expanding its footprint in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, with several new properties scheduled to open in the coming years.
