Aubrey, a new fine dining establishment, is set to open its doors on May 13 in the space previously occupied by Small Batch. The restaurant will be located at 300 N. Shepherd St., Richmond.
The new venue is led by chef and owner Mike Ledesma, who is known for his work at Perch. Aubrey will feature a menu focused on contemporary American cuisine, with an emphasis on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Ledesma stated, “We want to create a memorable dining experience that highlights the best of what our region has to offer.” The restaurant will offer both dinner service and a bar program, with plans to introduce brunch in the future.
The interior of the restaurant has undergone renovations to reflect a modern aesthetic while maintaining some elements from the previous occupant. The space will accommodate approximately 80 guests, including a private dining area for special events.
