Turning Stone Resort Casino has announced the appointment of Rikki Boparai as its new vice president of hotel operations. Boparai will oversee all hotel operations at the resort, which is located in Verona, New York.
In his new role, Boparai will be responsible for managing the resort’s five hotels, which include The Tower, The Hotel, The Lodge, The Inn, and The Pine. His duties will cover guest services, housekeeping, and front office operations, as well as ensuring the quality of the guest experience across all properties.
Boparai brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry to Turning Stone. Prior to this appointment, he held leadership positions at several luxury hotels and resorts. Most recently, he served as director of hotel operations at Pechanga Resort Casino in California.
