Several hotels and resorts have recently named new leaders in their food and beverage departments, with appointments spanning across various properties and brands.
Charlestowne Hotels Introduces New F&B Director
Charlestowne Hotels has appointed Daniel D’Angelo as its new director of food and beverage. In this role, D’Angelo will oversee the company’s food and beverage operations, including concept development, menu creation, and staff training. He brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having previously worked with multiple restaurant and hotel groups.
Additional Hospitality Appointments
Other hotels and resorts have also announced changes in their food and beverage leadership:
- The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island has named Michael McMahon as executive chef. McMahon will be responsible for all culinary operations at the property, including its signature restaurants and banquet services.
- At the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, Michael McDonnell has been appointed as director of food and beverage. McDonnell will manage the resort’s dining venues and oversee culinary programming.
- Hotel Effie Sandestin has welcomed Michael Chabala as executive chef. Chabala will lead the property’s culinary team and direct menu development for its restaurants and event spaces.
