AmaWaterways has provided a first glimpse of its upcoming river cruise ship, AmaRudi, which is scheduled to join the fleet in 2026. The vessel will operate along the Rhine and Moselle rivers, with itineraries set to include destinations in Germany, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
New Vessel to Join Fleet in 2026
The AmaRudi is designed to accommodate 158 guests and will feature 79 staterooms, most of which will offer twin balconies. The ship is being constructed to deliver the same level of comfort and amenities found on other vessels in the AmaWaterways fleet.
Features and Amenities
Onboard amenities will include a main restaurant, the Chef’s Table specialty venue, a wellness program, a sun deck with a pool, a fitness room, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The AmaRudi will also offer a fleet of bicycles for guests to use during shore excursions.
Itineraries and Destinations
The ship’s itineraries will cover a variety of routes along the Rhine and Moselle rivers, visiting cities such as Amsterdam, Luxembourg, and Strasbourg. According to AmaWaterways, the AmaRudi will provide guests with opportunities to explore historic towns and scenic landscapes throughout the region.
