Located at 363 Cocoanut Row, the Vineta Hotel has been closed since 2022 to allow for extensive updates. The property, which dates back to 1926, has been restored with a focus on preserving its original Mediterranean Revival architecture while introducing modern amenities.

The hotel is owned and operated by Oetker Collection, a hospitality group known for managing luxury hotels across Europe and the Americas. The Vineta Hotel marks Oetker Collection’s first property in the United States.
