The JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa has completed a $25 million renovation of its spa, introducing new amenities and updated facilities to guests. The project, which began in 2023, marks one of the most significant upgrades in the resort’s history.
Extensive Upgrades and New Features
The renovation has expanded the spa’s footprint to 32,000 square feet, adding new treatment rooms, a modern fitness center, and updated relaxation areas. The refreshed spa now features 32 treatment rooms, a new private pool, and enhanced outdoor spaces designed to offer guests a tranquil environment.
Additional improvements include a redesigned lobby, upgraded locker rooms, and expanded retail offerings. The spa’s menu has also been updated to include new treatments and wellness experiences, reflecting current trends in health and relaxation.
Commitment to Guest Experience
According to resort management, the renovation was undertaken to meet evolving guest expectations and to maintain the property’s reputation as a leading wellness destination. “Our goal was to create a space that offers both luxury and comfort, while providing a wide range of wellness services,” said a spokesperson for the resort.
The spa’s new design incorporates natural materials and desert-inspired aesthetics, aiming to blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Outdoor amenities now include shaded relaxation areas and private cabanas, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Reopening and Future Plans
The newly renovated spa is now open to resort guests and local visitors. The resort plans to continue investing in its facilities, with additional upgrades scheduled for other areas of the property in the coming years.
