Signia by Hilton Indianapolis has started taking reservations, marking a significant step forward for the new hotel in downtown Indianapolis. The property, which is part of the Signia by Hilton brand, is scheduled to open in late 2024.
The hotel will be located at Pan Am Plaza, adjacent to the Indiana Convention Center. It is expected to feature 800 guest rooms, over 100,000 square feet of meeting space, and a range of dining options. The development aims to enhance Indianapolis’s capacity to host large-scale events and conventions.

The hotel’s design will incorporate modern architecture and technology, with amenities such as a rooftop pool, fitness center, and multiple restaurants. The property is being developed in partnership with Kite Realty Group Trust and the city of Indianapolis.
