Daniel Skokić has been appointed as the new Executive Chef of the Alfred Keller restaurant, which holds a Michelin star, located within the Boutique Hotel Alhambra. The hotel is situated on the island of Lošinj.
Skokić brings extensive experience to his new role, having previously worked in several renowned restaurants across Croatia. His culinary background includes positions at establishments such as the Draga di Lovrana, which also has a Michelin star, and the Monte restaurant in Rovinj.
The Alfred Keller restaurant earned its Michelin star in 2022, becoming the first restaurant on Lošinj to receive this recognition. The restaurant is known for its focus on local ingredients and Mediterranean cuisine, with an emphasis on seasonal produce sourced from the island and surrounding region.
