The Wilks family has announced intentions to develop a boutique hotel valued at $50 million within Firefly Park, a mixed-use project located in Frisco, Texas.

The planned hotel, named The Wilks, will feature 200 rooms and is set to be constructed on the Firefly Park site at the intersection of U.S. Highway 380 and the Dallas North Tollway. The property will include a rooftop bar, a restaurant, and event spaces, according to project representatives.
