Minor Hotels Announces Anantara Brand’s Entry into the U.S.
Minor Hotels has revealed plans to introduce its Anantara brand to the United States, with the launch of Anantara Miami Resort & Residences. This new property is scheduled to open in 2027 and will be situated in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida.
Project Details and Development
The Anantara Miami Resort & Residences will be part of a mixed-use development that includes both a luxury hotel and branded residences. The project is being developed in partnership with Miami-based firm Merrimac Ventures. The property will feature 175 hotel rooms and suites, along with 391 branded residences.
Features and Amenities
According to Minor Hotels, the resort will offer a range of amenities such as a rooftop pool, a spa, a fitness center, and multiple dining venues. The branded residences will provide access to hotel services and facilities, as well as exclusive amenities for residents.
