TKo Hospitality has announced the addition of two new properties to its boutique hotel portfolio, with plans to further grow its presence across the region.
Recent Portfolio Additions
The company recently incorporated The Quoin Hotel in Wilmington, Delaware, and the Wilbur Lititz in Lititz, Pennsylvania, into its collection. Both properties are operated under the Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand. TKo Hospitality now manages a total of 15 hotels, with a focus on boutique and lifestyle accommodations.
Strategic Growth Plans
According to TKo Hospitality, the company is actively seeking opportunities to expand its boutique hotel offerings throughout the Mid-Atlantic. “We see significant potential for growth in the boutique segment, particularly in secondary and tertiary markets,” said Vince DiFonzo, president and chief operating officer of TKo Hospitality. “Our strategy is to identify unique properties that align with our vision and deliver exceptional guest experiences.”
