TKo Hospitality has announced the addition of two new boutique hotels to its portfolio, signaling intentions to further expand its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.
New Properties Join TKo Hospitality’s Collection
The company recently incorporated the Hotel Du Pont in Wilmington, Delaware, and the Quoin Hotel, also located in Wilmington, into its management portfolio. These properties join TKo Hospitality’s existing lineup of boutique hotels, which includes the Historic Hotel Bethlehem in Pennsylvania and the Chestnut Hill Hotel in Philadelphia.
Focus on Boutique and Independent Hotels
