Recent Openings and Upcoming Projects
Recently, TKo Hospitality opened The Quoin Hotel in Wilmington, Delaware, which features 24 rooms and a rooftop bar. The company also announced the development of two new properties: The Brenton Hotel in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and The Wilbur Hotel in Cape May, New Jersey. Both projects are scheduled to open in 2025.
