The Monarch Hotel will be included in the HQ Hotels & Residences Collection, a portfolio overseen by sbe. The property will feature 288 guest rooms and suites, as well as a rooftop pool and lounge, a fitness center, and multiple dining venues. The hotel is also planned to offer over 15,000 square feet of event and meeting space.
Location and Features
Situated in the Warehouse District, The Monarch Hotel will be within walking distance of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, the French Quarter, and several local attractions. The hotel’s design is intended to reflect the architectural heritage of New Orleans while providing modern amenities for guests.
