A new fine dining establishment, Hudson, is preparing to open its doors in downtown Bend. The restaurant is situated at the intersection of Wall Street and Oregon Avenue, occupying the space that previously housed the Blacksmith Restaurant.
Hudson is set to offer a menu focused on contemporary American cuisine, featuring locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant’s team has emphasized their commitment to providing a high-end dining experience, with an emphasis on both food quality and service.
Executive Chef Jeff Hunt, who has previously worked at several notable restaurants in the region, will lead the kitchen. Hunt stated, “We want to create a memorable experience for every guest, from the moment they walk in to the last bite of dessert.”
The interior of Hudson has undergone significant renovations, including new furnishings and updated décor. The design aims to blend modern elements with the historic character of the building, according to the owners.
