According to Shinsegae Group, the company signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Aman to construct a luxury hotel in the Yongsan district of Seoul. The agreement was formalized on June 20, with representatives from both organizations in attendance.
The planned hotel will be located near Shinsegae’s main department store in Yongsan. The project aims to combine Aman’s expertise in luxury accommodations with Shinsegae’s experience in retail and hospitality.

The hotel is expected to open in 2027. Shinsegae stated that the property will feature approximately 50 guest rooms, as well as a range of amenities including restaurants, a spa, and other premium facilities. The company noted that the hotel will be designed to provide guests with a unique and exclusive experience.
