Oceania Cruises has announced the debut of a new French restaurant, aiming to enhance its fine dining offerings aboard its ships. The cruise line revealed that the venue, named “Ember,” will focus on contemporary French cuisine and will be available exclusively to guests sailing on Oceania’s newest vessel, Vista.
New Culinary Concept on Vista
The restaurant is set to feature a menu curated by Oceania Cruises’ culinary team, led by Executive Culinary Director Jacques Pépin. According to the company, Ember will offer a selection of classic and modern French dishes, including options such as bouillabaisse, duck confit, and soufflés. The venue is designed to provide an intimate dining atmosphere, with seating for approximately 60 guests.
Commitment to Gastronomic Excellence
Oceania Cruises stated that the introduction of Ember aligns with its commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences at sea. “We are excited to introduce Ember as a new destination for our guests to enjoy the finest French cuisine,” said Howard Sherman, President and CEO of Oceania Cruises. He added that the restaurant’s menu and ambiance are intended to reflect the rich traditions and innovation of French gastronomy.
Reservations and Availability
Reservations for Ember will be available to guests prior to embarkation and during their voyage. The restaurant will operate for dinner service, with a rotating menu that changes throughout each sailing. Oceania Cruises noted that the venue is included in the cruise fare, with no additional charge for dining at Ember.
