Nobu, the luxury hospitality brand co-founded by actor Robert De Niro, is set to expand into the Pacific Northwest next year. The company, renowned for its high-end restaurants and hotels, has announced plans to open a new location in Bellevue, Washington, in 2025.
New Bellevue Location Announced
The upcoming Nobu development will be situated in downtown Bellevue, marking the brand’s first entry into the region. The project will include a Nobu restaurant, a hotel, and branded residences. According to the announcement, the Bellevue site will feature 155 hotel rooms and 200 residential units.
Brand’s Expansion Strategy
Nobu Hospitality has continued to grow its global presence, with properties in cities such as London, New York, and Los Angeles. The company’s expansion into the Pacific Northwest aligns with its strategy of establishing locations in major urban centers worldwide.
Partnership and Development Details
The Bellevue project is being developed in partnership with the Seattle-based firm Fortress Development. The mixed-use development is expected to offer luxury amenities and services consistent with other Nobu properties. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year, with an anticipated opening in 2025.
