New Development Planned for Bellevue
The upcoming Nobu Hotel and Restaurant will be situated in Bellevue, Washington, as part of a mixed-use development. The project will feature a hotel, restaurant, and branded residences, according to an announcement made on Thursday.
The new establishment will be located at 10400 NE 8th Street in downtown Bellevue. The development is a collaboration between Nobu Hospitality and the real estate firm Bosa Development.
Features and Amenities
The Bellevue property will include a Nobu restaurant, a 155-room hotel, and 200 Nobu-branded residential units. The hotel will offer amenities such as a spa, fitness center, meeting spaces, and event venues. The residences are expected to provide access to hotel services and amenities.
