Nobu, the luxury hospitality brand co-founded by actor Robert De Niro, chef Nobu Matsuhisa, and film producer Meir Teper, is set to launch its first location in the Pacific Northwest next year. The new development will be situated in Bellevue, Washington, and will feature both a restaurant and a residential component.
New Bellevue Location Announced
The upcoming Nobu property will be located at 10245 NE 8th St. in downtown Bellevue. The project is planned to include a Nobu restaurant, a hotel, and branded residences. According to a statement from the company, the Bellevue site will mark Nobu’s debut in the region.
Brand Expansion Continues
Nobu has established a global presence with more than 50 restaurants and 30 hotels worldwide. The company’s expansion into the Pacific Northwest reflects its ongoing strategy to introduce its luxury hospitality offerings to new markets.
Project Details and Timeline
The Bellevue development is scheduled to open in 2025. The project is being developed in partnership with Seattle-based real estate firm Bosa Development. The mixed-use property will include a Nobu restaurant, a hotel with 155 rooms, and 200 branded residences. The residences are expected to be available for purchase beginning in late 2024.
