Nobu Hospitality has announced plans to launch Nobu Hotel Madrid in September 2026. The upcoming property will be located in the heart of the Spanish capital, marking the brand’s second hotel in Spain following its existing presence in Marbella.
The new hotel will be situated on Calle Alcalá, one of Madrid’s most prominent streets. The development will feature 110 guest rooms and suites, a Nobu restaurant, a rooftop bar, a fitness center, and event spaces. The property is being developed in partnership with Millenium Hospitality Real Estate.

Nobu Hospitality currently operates 35 hotels worldwide, with additional properties in development. The brand is known for its fusion of modern luxury and Japanese tradition, as well as its signature Nobu restaurants.
