Nobu Hospitality has announced plans to launch Nobu Hotel Madrid in September 2026. The upcoming property will be located in the heart of the Spanish capital, marking the brand’s second hotel in Spain following its existing presence in Marbella.
The new hotel will be situated on Calle Alcalá, one of Madrid’s most prominent streets. The development will feature 110 guest rooms and suites, a Nobu restaurant, a rooftop bar, a fitness center, and event spaces. The property is being developed in partnership with Millenium Hospitality Real Estate.
