The Newgard Group has completed the acquisition of a site in West Palm Beach, marking the location for its first luxury automotive lifestyle destination. The company announced the purchase as part of its plans to introduce a new concept catering to automotive enthusiasts.
The property, situated in downtown West Palm Beach, is intended to serve as the flagship location for the group’s automotive lifestyle brand. According to Newgard Group, the venue will offer a range of amenities and services designed for car collectors and luxury vehicle owners.
Newgard Group’s founder and CEO, Harvey Hernandez, stated, “We are excited to bring this innovative concept to West Palm Beach and create a unique destination for automotive aficionados.” He added that the project aims to combine high-end hospitality with exclusive automotive experiences.
The development will feature private car storage, social spaces, and event facilities. Plans also include a members-only club and curated programming tailored to the interests of car enthusiasts. The group indicated that the site was selected for its proximity to downtown attractions and accessibility for local and visiting members.
Construction on the West Palm Beach location is scheduled to begin later this year, with an anticipated opening date in 2025. The Newgard Group has indicated that this project is the first in a series of similar destinations planned for other major cities.
Additional information about the project and future locations is expected to be released as development progresses.
