A new boutique hotel, Perlen House, is scheduled to open within the Pearl complex in San Antonio, according to recent announcements from the development team.
Details on Perlen House
Perlen House will be located at the Pearl, a well-known mixed-use development north of downtown San Antonio. The hotel is expected to feature 91 rooms and will occupy a newly constructed building within the complex. The opening is planned for 2026, with construction anticipated to begin later this year.
Design and Amenities
The design of Perlen House will be overseen by Austin-based architecture firm Clayton Korte, with interiors by Los Angeles-based Studio Shamshiri. The hotel will include a ground-floor restaurant and bar, as well as a rooftop pool and lounge area. Additional amenities will include a fitness center and meeting spaces for guests and visitors.
Statements from Developers
“Perlen House will offer a unique hospitality experience that reflects the character and history of the Pearl,” said Elizabeth Fauerso, chief marketing officer for Pearl. She added that the hotel aims to complement the existing offerings at the complex, which already includes the Hotel Emma.
