The group revealed that it will manage a new hotel in Cairo, scheduled to open in 2024. The property will be located in the upscale Zamalek district, situated on Gezira Island in the Nile River. According to Mandarin Oriental, the hotel will feature 200 rooms and suites, along with five restaurants and bars, a spa, and a variety of meeting and event spaces.

The company currently operates hotels in cities such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Marrakech.
