According to Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc., the acquisition includes the 190-room resort, which is situated at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. The property features ski-in/ski-out access, a 30,000-square-foot spa, and several dining options. The resort is also known for its conference and event facilities.

The resort will continue to operate under the Park Hyatt brand. Braemar Hotels & Resorts indicated that the management agreement with Hyatt Hotels Corporation will remain in place following the sale.
