Euphoria is owned by local restaurateur Raj Singh, who has previously operated other dining establishments in the Kansas City area. Singh stated that the goal is to provide a unique fine-dining experience that highlights the diversity and richness of Indian cuisine. “We want to bring something new and exciting to Overland Park,” Singh said.
