The “Art of Arrival” program is intended to elevate the arrival process, emphasizing the importance of first impressions at luxury hotels. The campaign will be implemented across select properties within Marriott’s luxury portfolio, which includes brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, and JW Marriott.
Collaboration with Artists and Designers
As part of the initiative, Marriott’s Luxury Group is collaborating with artists and designers to create unique arrival experiences. These collaborations are expected to incorporate elements such as art installations, curated scents, and personalized greetings to provide guests with a memorable welcome.
