JLL has completed the arrangement of refinancing for Bowie House, Auberge Resorts Collection, a luxury hotel located in Fort Worth, Texas.
The property, which opened in December 2023, is part of the Auberge Resorts Collection and is situated in the city’s Cultural District. The hotel features 106 guest rooms and suites, as well as amenities including a signature restaurant, a bar, a spa, an outdoor pool, and event spaces.
JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group represented the borrower, Bowie Place Properties LLC, in securing the refinancing. The loan was provided by a national bank, though specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“We are pleased to have worked with Bowie Place Properties to secure this refinancing for Bowie House, which has quickly established itself as a premier destination in Fort Worth,” said Kevin Davis, CEO of JLL’s Americas Hotels & Hospitality Group.
Bowie House is located at 3700 Camp Bowie Boulevard, within walking distance of several museums and cultural attractions, including the Kimbell Art Museum and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.
