IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced its intention to introduce all six of its luxury and lifestyle brands in Saudi Arabia by 2028. The company shared this goal during the Future Hospitality Summit held in Riyadh, outlining its strategy to expand its presence in the Kingdom’s hospitality sector.
Expansion Strategy in Saudi Arabia
IHG currently operates 40 hotels in Saudi Arabia, with an additional 32 properties in development. The company’s six luxury and lifestyle brands include InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, Hotel Indigo, Vignette Collection, Six Senses, and Regent Hotels & Resorts. According to IHG, the plan is to have all these brands represented in the Saudi market within the next four years.
