The developer responsible for Hotel Drover is introducing another upscale hotel project in the Fort Worth Stockyards, expanding the area’s hospitality offerings.
New Hotel Plans Revealed
On Tuesday, Majestic Realty Co. and Stockyards Heritage Development Co. disclosed plans for a new luxury hotel located at 2315 N. Main St. in Fort Worth. The property, which will be named The Hanover, is set to feature 168 rooms across five stories.
Features and Amenities
The Hanover will include a rooftop bar, a ground-floor restaurant, and a courtyard designed for private events. The hotel will also offer a fitness center and valet parking. Construction is scheduled to begin this summer, with the opening anticipated in 2026.
Developer’s Vision
Craig Cavileer, managing partner of Stockyards Heritage Development Co., stated, “The Hanover will bring a new level of luxury and hospitality to the Stockyards, complementing the existing offerings and attracting both leisure and business travelers.”
Previous Developments
Majestic Realty Co. and Stockyards Heritage Development Co. previously developed Hotel Drover, which opened in 2021 as part of the Mule Alley redevelopment. The 200-room Hotel Drover has since become a prominent destination in the Stockyards district.
Stockyards Growth
The Stockyards area has experienced significant growth in recent years, with new restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues opening alongside hotel developments. The addition of The Hanover is expected to further enhance the district’s appeal to visitors.
