Hilton has announced plans to bring the NoMad Hotels brand to Singapore, marking its debut in the Asia Pacific region. The new property is expected to open in 2027, further strengthening Hilton’s luxury lifestyle portfolio in the area.
NoMad Singapore to Open in 2027
The upcoming NoMad Singapore will be situated in the city’s Orchard Road district. The hotel will be developed in partnership with RGE, a global resources-based manufacturing group. The property is set to feature 143 rooms, including 19 suites, and will occupy a restored heritage building.
Features and Offerings
NoMad Singapore will offer a range of amenities, including a rooftop pool, fitness center, and event spaces. The hotel will also feature a signature restaurant and bar, aligning with NoMad’s reputation for culinary experiences. The design will blend the brand’s signature style with local influences, according to Hilton.
Hilton’s Expansion Strategy in Asia Pacific
Hilton’s introduction of the NoMad brand in Singapore is part of its broader strategy to expand its luxury and lifestyle offerings in the Asia Pacific region. The company currently operates more than 100 luxury hotels in the region under brands such as Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, and LXR.

Chris Silcock, president of global brands and commercial services at Hilton, stated, “NoMad Singapore will set a new standard for luxury lifestyle hospitality in the region.” He added that the partnership with RGE would help deliver a unique experience for guests.
André Fu, the architect behind the project, will oversee the restoration and design of the heritage building. Fu commented that the hotel aims to create an environment that reflects both the NoMad brand and Singapore’s cultural heritage.
