Construction has begun on a new luxury hotel located in Omaha’s Millwork Commons district, with developers aiming to establish a premier destination for visitors to the area.

“It’s going to be the nicest one in town,” said Paul Smith, one of the project’s developers. “We’re excited to bring something unique to Omaha.”
