A new residential project is set to bring 70 upscale homes to Frisco Station, as Toll Brothers launches a luxury community within the mixed-use development.
Details of the New Community
The upcoming neighborhood, named Mirra, will be located on a 15-acre site at the northwest intersection of Warren Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway. The project is part of the larger Frisco Station development, which spans 242 acres and features a blend of office, retail, hotel, and residential spaces.

Homes in the Mirra community will range from 2,800 to 4,200 square feet. According to Toll Brothers, prices for these residences will begin at $1.2 million. The company stated that the homes will offer contemporary architectural designs and high-end finishes.

Jay Saunders, Division President of Toll Brothers in Dallas, commented, “Mirra at Frisco Station will offer a rare opportunity for luxury living in one of the most desirable locations in North Texas.” He added that the community will provide access to nearby amenities, including parks, trails, and entertainment options.

Frisco Station is a major mixed-use development that includes more than 5 million square feet of planned office space, over 2,400 residential units, and multiple hotels. The development is situated near The Star, the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters and training facility.

Construction of the Mirra community is scheduled to begin later this year, with the first homes expected to be available for move-in by late 2025, according to Toll Brothers.
