A new Edition-branded boutique hotel and a collection of luxury condominiums are scheduled to open in Uptown Dallas, marking the brand’s first presence in Texas. The project is being developed by a partnership between Marriott International and the Witkoff Group.
Project Overview
The development, located at 2500 Cedar Springs Road, will feature a 12-story hotel with 140 guest rooms and suites, as well as 24 high-end residential units. The property will also include a rooftop pool, a signature restaurant, and extensive event spaces. The hotel is expected to open in 2026.
Brand Expansion
Edition Hotels, a luxury lifestyle brand under Marriott International, currently operates properties in major cities such as New York, London, and Miami. The Dallas location will be the brand’s first in Texas, expanding its footprint in the southern United States.
