The Crescent hotel, which officially opened its doors on June 3, features 258 guest rooms and suites. The property is designed to provide a modern and comfortable experience for visitors, with amenities including a fitness center, meeting spaces, and a lobby bar. According to resort representatives, the hotel aims to accommodate both leisure and business travelers.
Salt Restaurant Joins the Resort’s Dining Options
Salt Restaurant, located within the Crescent hotel, offers a menu focused on contemporary American cuisine. The restaurant’s interior features a blend of modern and rustic elements, with seating for up to 160 guests. Executive Chef Dustin Tuthill leads the culinary team, emphasizing locally sourced ingredients and seasonal dishes.
Resort Expansion Continues
Turning Stone’s latest expansion is part of a larger initiative to enhance guest experiences and attract new visitors. The resort, operated by the Oneida Indian Nation, has invested in several upgrades over the past year, including renovations to existing hotel rooms and the addition of new entertainment venues.

Ray Halbritter, Oneida Indian Nation Representative and Turning Stone Enterprises CEO, stated, “The opening of Crescent and Salt is a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to providing world-class hospitality and amenities.” He added that the new facilities are expected to create additional jobs and contribute to the local economy.
