Chalet Hotels Limited has given the green light for the development of a new luxury hotel in Hyderabad, which will feature 330 rooms. The decision was announced following a meeting of the company’s board of directors.
According to the company, the upcoming hotel will be situated on a land parcel measuring approximately 2.3 acres. The property is located in the Gachibowli area, a prominent business district in Hyderabad.
Chalet Hotels stated that the new project aligns with its strategy to expand its footprint in key urban markets. The company noted that Hyderabad has seen significant growth in demand for upscale accommodations, driven by the city’s status as a technology and business hub.
The proposed hotel will be developed as a luxury property, offering a range of amenities and services tailored to business and leisure travelers. Chalet Hotels indicated that the project will be executed through its wholly owned subsidiary, Chalet Hotels & Resorts Limited.
The company did not disclose the estimated investment or the timeline for completion of the hotel. Further details regarding the brand affiliation and specific features of the property are expected to be announced at a later stage.
