New Luxury Brand Debuts with First Signing
Minor Hotels has announced the signing of its inaugural Minor Reserve Collection property, marking the launch of its new luxury brand. The first hotel under this collection is set to open in the Maldives, expanding the company’s presence in the region.
Property Details and Location
The upcoming resort will be located in the Baa Atoll, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the Maldives. The property will feature 80 villas, including beachfront and overwater options, designed to offer privacy and luxury to guests. The resort is scheduled to open in 2025.
Brand Vision and Expansion Plans
Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International and CEO of Minor Hotels, stated, “The launch of the Minor Reserve Collection marks a significant milestone for our company as we introduce a new level of luxury hospitality.” He added that the collection aims to provide unique experiences in exclusive destinations.
The company plans to expand the Minor Reserve Collection to additional locations in the future, targeting destinations known for their natural beauty and cultural significance.
