Corinthia Hotels has been appointed to operate a new luxury hotel situated on the shores of Lake Como, Italy. The property, which is currently undergoing redevelopment, is expected to open in spring 2026.
Redevelopment of Historic Villa
The hotel will be established within a 19th-century villa located in the town of Moltrasio, on Lake Como’s western shore. The site is being transformed into a high-end hospitality destination, featuring 67 guest rooms and suites. The redevelopment project is being led by London-based developer and asset manager, Attestor Limited.
Features and Amenities
The upcoming hotel will include a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, several restaurants and bars, and landscaped gardens. The property will also offer event spaces designed for private gatherings and business meetings.
