LXR Hotels & Resorts, a luxury brand within Hilton’s portfolio, has announced plans to establish its first property in Turks and Caicos. The new resort, named The Point at Providenciales, is scheduled to welcome guests in 2026.
The Point at Providenciales will be located on the island’s northern shore, offering direct access to Grace Bay Beach. The property will feature 132 guest rooms and suites, as well as a collection of private villas. Amenities are expected to include multiple dining venues, a spa, fitness center, and an outdoor pool.
Hilton stated that the resort will be developed in partnership with GTDE Development and will join LXR’s global portfolio of independent luxury hotels. The company emphasized that the addition of The Point at Providenciales aligns with its strategy to expand its presence in the Caribbean region.
“Turks and Caicos is a sought-after destination for luxury travelers, and we are excited to introduce LXR Hotels & Resorts to this market,” said Feisal Jaffer, global head of LXR Hotels & Resorts. “The Point at Providenciales will offer guests an exceptional experience on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches.”
The announcement follows Hilton’s recent efforts to grow its luxury brands in key leisure destinations. LXR Hotels & Resorts currently operates properties in locations such as London, Dubai, and the Seychelles.
