A new upscale Indian dining establishment is preparing to launch in Johnson County, offering a menu that includes 24-karat gold lamb chops among its signature dishes.
Restaurant Details and Location
The restaurant, named Euphoria, is scheduled to open soon at 11851 Metcalf Ave. in Overland Park. The location was previously occupied by the seafood restaurant Bonefish Grill, which closed in 2022. Euphoria’s management has announced that the opening will take place in the coming weeks, though a specific date has not yet been provided.
Menu Highlights
Euphoria’s menu will feature a variety of Indian cuisine, with an emphasis on luxury items. Among the offerings are lamb chops coated in 24-karat edible gold, as well as dishes such as lobster curry and truffle naan. The restaurant will also serve a selection of vegetarian and vegan options, alongside traditional Indian appetizers and desserts.
Interior and Ambiance
The interior of Euphoria has been renovated to create a high-end atmosphere, with seating for approximately 150 guests. The design includes gold accents, custom lighting, and a private dining area intended for special events and gatherings.
Ownership and Vision
Euphoria is owned by local restaurateur Raj Singh, who has previously operated other dining establishments in the Kansas City area. Singh stated that the goal is to provide a unique fine-dining experience that highlights the diversity and richness of Indian cuisine. “We want to bring something new and exciting to Overland Park,” Singh said.
Reservations and Additional Information
Reservations will be available through the restaurant’s website once the opening date is announced. More details about the menu and hours of operation are expected to be released soon.
