New Culinary Experience Announced by Oceania Cruises
Oceania Cruises® has introduced La Table par Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, a new fine dining restaurant that the company describes as the most exclusive at sea. The restaurant is set to debut on the line’s newest ship, Vista, and will later be added to the upcoming Allura, scheduled to launch in 2025.
Collaboration with Maîtres Cuisiniers de France
La Table par Maîtres Cuisiniers de France is the result of a partnership between Oceania Cruises and the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, an association of French culinary professionals. The restaurant will offer a seven-course tasting menu, curated and prepared by chefs who are members of the association.
Limited Seating and Exclusive Service
The dining venue will accommodate just 24 guests per evening, providing an intimate setting. According to Oceania Cruises, the menu will rotate regularly and feature French-inspired cuisine, with dishes crafted from seasonal ingredients. The experience will also include wine pairings selected to complement each course.
Statement from Oceania Cruises
Frank A. Del Rio, President of Oceania Cruises, stated, “We are honored to partner with Maîtres Cuisiniers de France to create a dining experience that celebrates French gastronomy at the highest level. La Table par Maîtres Cuisiniers de France will set a new standard for fine dining at sea.”
Reservations and Availability
Reservations for La Table par Maîtres Cuisiniers de France will be required and can be made by guests sailing on Vista and, from 2025, on Allura. Oceania Cruises has indicated that the restaurant will be available on select voyages, with details to be provided to guests prior to sailing.
