Langham Hospitality Group has been selected to oversee the management of a new luxury hotel located in Shandong province, China.
New Property in Yantai
The upcoming hotel, named The Langham, Yantai, is scheduled to open in 2027. The property will be situated in the city of Yantai, a coastal area in northeastern Shandong province.
Hotel Features and Facilities
The Langham, Yantai will offer 183 guestrooms and suites. The hotel will feature a range of amenities, including several dining options, a ballroom, meeting spaces, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.
Strategic Location
The hotel will be positioned within the Yantai Economic and Technological Development Area. This district is recognized as a key economic zone in the region and is home to a number of multinational corporations and industrial enterprises.
Langham’s Expansion in China
